Lamb Development Corp. (LDC) was founded in 2001 by Brad J. Lamb, Toronto’s top condominium broker, to directly participate in the development of stylish urban condominium projects. After marketing and selling over 100 of Toronto’s most innovative and exciting projects, Lamb wanted to bring something different to the development world. He has done just that; his company has completed sixteen projects, has 5 under construction, and has an additional 8 projects with over 2,000 units under development.

Brad J. Lamb has been selling real estate in Toronto since 1988. In 1995 he founded Brad J. Lamb Realty Inc., a boutique brokerage operation specializing in urban condos lofts, and townhomes. Since being licensed, Brad J. Lamb has sold over 24,000 properties for over $8 billion. Currently with a staff of nine administrators and twenty-three licensed sales representatives, Brad J. Lamb Realty Inc. is the dominant name in the central Toronto real estate marketplace.

The Hyde Park Homes Group has been involved in real estate investment, development and construction for over 50 years. Mr. Gary Freedman has been the President and CEO of the company since 1998. Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Freedman was a partner in a major downtown Toronto law firm.
